Thank you for shopping at umbrellauk.shop. We take pride in our handcrafted umbrellas and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Change of Mind: For non-quality related returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. EXCLUSIONS

Bespoke or customized umbrellas (made to your specific requirements) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

6. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
